$DRAM is definitely a good way to get broad exposure to the sector as a whole, but it has some holdings that I'd be a little more wary about like Western Digital and Seagate, which are in the HDD business, not DRAM or NAND. The Sandisk (SNDK) allocation is also only around 5%, which is a bit low for my taste. Not a bad option per se, but I prefer to be a bit more precise in my holdings.
